Building Community through Disability Awareness & Inclusion: Kenya
A two-phase project with Safe Haven Community in Nakuru, Kenya, to promote the importance of an inclusive society through inclusion workshops with educators, an advocacy workshop with parents, home visits, and a family event.

An opportunity to come together as a global community to support one another. Throughout Zimbabwe, students with disabilities are isolated, without access to school due to the pandemic. With the help of technology, we can bring joy, engagement, and connection to all of our lives.

Sport, Recreation, & Play for Children with Disabilities in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe
A multi-layered project designed and implemented to address low rates of engagement in sport, recreation, and play for children with disabilities—specifically in schools and community programs— throughout Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. This project included initial and follow-up professional development workshops, a community-wide inclusive event, inclusive recreation programming at schools, and recreation equipment donations across three visits between 2018 and 2019.

Orphan Voice's Phu Ninh Therapy Center
We were invited to Danang, Vietnam, to introduce youth with disabilities and their families to play. We spent our visit sharing positive experiences through foundational play with youth, their families, and staff at Orphan Voice's therapy center and school for children who are deaf.
